The aim of The Sarcoma Trust is
to be led by the priorities identified by patients and carers. The
Trust currently has a number of specialist clinicians who
advise its Trustees. A formal advisory panel will be created when the
first research call is being planned and Professor Ian Judson of the Institute of Cancer
Research has
agreed to chair this panel.

The Trustees are all
cancer patients or carers, and bring their own working experience and
professional background to their work. The Trustees are:
Peter Jay (a sarcoma survivor)
Nicky Mellows (carer)
Judith Robinson (a GIST survivor)
Dennis Tye (carer)
Roger Wilson (a sarcoma survivor)
